Cadet

• As a new Cadet, you have just taken the first rank in the Chain of Command. Recruits will now be coming to you whenfollowing the Chain of Command (CoC) for anything. If they want to rank up, or have an issue, they will come to you as their first Point of Contact (PoC). This is also when KSI becomes part ofyour gaming alias.


• Recruiting and Game Nights are going to be a primary focus as a Cadet.


• If you need tips or help with recruiting, KSI does have some workshops on tools and ways to recruit. The technology and internet have opened up so many opportunities and available tools to recruit, but remember: Quality over Quantity! While it is nice to have the community grow, we want the right people in the community. We want activity and chill people that will not start or drag on drama as we want a peaceful and supportive community.


• When hosting game nights, an Officer or higher is required to host.
